Note: All room reservations will be charged a one-night, non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation request. Hotel reservations are due no later than May 6, 2011, to receive the group rate (pending availability).

Dress Attire for the Hotel
T-shirts, tank tops, faded jeans, cut-offs and casual hats are not permitted in the Main Lobby, Park Avenue Lobby, restaurants or public areas of the hotel. While name badges may be worn by conference attendees in private conferences rooms, the hotel requests that name badges be removed in the public areas of the hotel.
Dry Cleaning, Pressing, Laundry, Valet
Dry cleaning, laundry, valet and pressing services ar available 7 days a week. Minor tailoring is also provided through the Valet Department.
Fitness Center
Offering a full range of exercise equipment, as well as a wide array of massage and spa services, the 3,000 square foot facility is located on the 19th floor. Monday-Friday, 5:30am - 10:00pm; Saturday-Sunday, 7:00am - 8:00pm. Cost is $14/day; complimentary to Waldorf Tower guests and Hilton Honors Gold, Diamond and Preferred members.
