Celebrating 50 years of REITs, REITWorld 2010: NAREIT's Annual Convention will take place November 15-17 at the Waldorf=Astoria in New York, NY. The Waldorf=Astoria is located at 301 Park Avenue New York, NY 10022.

How do I reserve a hotel room?
NAREIT has negotiated a block of rooms at a discounted rate at the Waldorf=Astoria. To recieve discounted rates, you must first register for the convention. For more information on the hotel please visit the hotel information tab.
Will I recieve a confirmation for registration and hotel?
Yes, registration confirmations are sent via e-mail to each attendee once their registration is submitted and the payment has been processed. Hotel confirmations are sent seperately from Staged Right Events, NAREIT's housing coordinator. Convention registrations are processed an confirmed from the NAREIT headquarters in Washington, DC. Hotel reservations are processed and confirmed from the Staged Right Events offices in North Miami Beach, Florida. Please allow 5-6 business days from the time of submission to recieve hotel confirmations.
What is the dress attire for the convention?
Dress is business attire for all convention sessions and events.
Do you have to be a NAREIT member to attend the convention?
No, the Annual Convention is open to mostly anyone. *However, NAREIT members receive discounted rates. To become a member, please visit the Membership Application tab.
* Employees and Officers of REITs that are not members of NAREIT can NOT attend this meeting as Non-Members. The REIT must be a NAREIT member.
How much does it cost to attend the convention?
