Hotel Cancellation Policy
NAREIT requires a one night, non-refundable deposit paid to the hotel at the time of reservation. To cancel your entire hotel reservation, all requests must be received in writing to Amy Miller at amy@stagedrightevents.com 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Please do not contact the hotel directly.

NOTE: Hotel reservations are due no later than October 8, 2010 to recieve the group rate (pending availability).

Dress Attire for the Hotel
T-shirt, tank tops, faded jeans, cut-offs, and casual hats are not permitted in the Main Lobby, Park Avenue Lobby, restaurants, or public areas of the hotel. While name badges may be worn by conference attendees in private conference rooms, the hotel requests that name badges be removed in the public areas of the hotel.

Dry, Cleaning, Pressing, Laundry, Valet
Dry cleaning, laundry, valet and pressing services are available 7 days a week. Minor tailoring is also provided through the Valet department.

Fitness Center
Offering a full range of exercise equipment as well as a wide array of message and spa services, the 3,000-square-foot facility is located on the 19th floor. Mon. - Fri., 5:30am - 10:00pm; Sat. - Sun., 7:00am - 8:00pm. Cost is $14/day; complimentary to Waldorf Towers guests and Hilton Honors Gold, Diamond and Preferred members.

- Take FDR Drive South to Exit 10, 49th Street
- Proceed up 49th Street five blocks to Park Avenue
- Turn right on Park Avenue and right on 50th Street to motor entrance

From the George Washington Bridge:
- Take West Side Highway South to 57th Street
- Turn south on 11th Avenue
- Turn onto 50th Street (one-way)
- Proceed up to 50th Street nine blocks to motor entrance

From the Lincoln Tunnel:
- Exit the tunnel and turn left on 42nd Street to 10th Avenue
- Turn right on 10th Avenue to 50th Street
- Turn right on 50th Street
- Proceed up 50th Street eight blocks to motor entrance

From LaGuardia Airport (approximately 40 minutes):
- Upon exiting airport, follow signs for Grand Central Parkway West; take Grand Central Parkway West to the Triboro Bridge into Manhattan; follow above director from Triboro Bridge to Waldorf Astoria

From JFK Airport (approximately 1 hour):
- Upon exiting airport, follow signs for Van Wyck Expressway North; follow Van Wyck North to Long Island Expressway (LIE) West; take LIE West to Queens/Midtown Tunnel; once through tunnel, turn right onto Park Avenue; turn right onto 50th street, and enter hotel driveway, which is on right just past entrance to Waldof Towers.

From Newark Airport (approximately 1 hour):
- Upon exiting airport, follow signs for New Jersey Turnpike North, from NJ Turnpike north, follow signs for Lincoln Tunnel; follow above directions from Lincoln Tunnel.
