Conference Cancellation Policy All cancellations must be received in writing to Afia Nyarko at anyarko@nareit.com. Full conference refunds will be issued for cancellations received prior to Friday, October 7, 2011, less a $100 processing fee.
No refunds will be granted after Friday, October 7, 2011.
Hotel Cancellation Policy NAREIT requires a one night, non-refundable deposit paid to the hotel at time of reservation. To cancel your entire hotel reservation, all requests must be received in writing to Amy Miller at amy@stagedrightevents.com or fax to 800-315-6702 at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date; otherwise, additional charges from the hotel may apply. Please do not call the hotel directly.
NOTE: Hotel reservations are due no later than Friday, October 7, 2011, to receive the NAREIT group rate (pending availability).
