Greg Williams, real estate sector leader with KPMG, joins NAREIT's Allen Kenney for a podcast to look at the consensus among commercial real estate executives on the market outlook.

KPMG recently released a survey of industry executives on market conditions. A majority of respondents indicated that their companies intend to increase spending on geographic expansion. Williams cited access to capital and improving market fundamentals as the driving forces behind these plans.
