Podcast: Ted Rollins of Campus Crest Communities

Ted Rollins, CEO, co-chairman and co-founder of Campus Crest Communities, Inc. (NYSE: CCG), joins REIT.com's Allen Kenney in the latest edition of the NAREIT Podcast to discuss some of the latest news from his company and the student housing sector.

Rollins was asked about the sources of growth in the student housing sector. He noted that tuition at both private and for-profit schools has increased substantially.

"A lot of the growth is happening in the state public schools," he said.
