NAREIT Supports Additional Study for Navigable Airspace Review

NAREIT joined a group of real estate organizations in writing to the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee on June 26 in support of a provision in the 21st Century AIRR Act (H.R. 2997).

The provision requires the Federal Aviation Administration to follow notice and comment procedures in the context of changing its so-called One Engine Inoperative standards for navigable airspace.

The 21st Century AIRR Act is scheduled for mark-up on June 27.
