REITs in the Community: Fincher Visits Simon Property Group

August 25, 2015 – Rep. Stephen Fincher (R-TN), right, visited the Wolfchase Galleria located in Memphis, TN, and met with the local management team on the property’s latest activities. Wolfchase is owned and operated by Simon Property Group (SPG). Meeting with Rep. Fincher, a member of the House Financial Services Committee, was, left to right, Christina Oppenhuizen, Specialty Leasing Representative; Tim Crowder, Operation Director; Jill Melle, Office Administrator; and Melanie Moore, Marketing Administrator. In addition to touring the facility, Rep. Fincher was briefed on several issues currently before the 114^th Congress, including FIRPTA reform and the Marketplace Fairness issue.
