Annual Awards Recognize Best in Shareholder Communications Among REITs
WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 9, 2021) – Nareit announced the recipients of the 2021 Investor CARE Awards during its REITweek Investor Conference (June 8-10, 2021). These annual awards recognize Nareit corporate members that most effectively communicate with their investors with comprehensive, clearly articulated, and useful information in the most efficient manner. All Nareit members – both equity and mREITs – are evaluated based on their online presence, SEC filings and IR practices by a panel of judges, including analysts, portfolio managers and academics.
This year’s award winners include:
Large Cap Equity REIT:
- Gold: Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc. (NYSE: ARE)
- Silver: Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD)
- Bronze: Regency Centers Corporation (NASDAQ: REG)
Small Cap Equity REIT:
- Gold: Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR)
- Silver: DiamondRock Hospitality Company (NYSE: DRH)
- Bronze: Kite Realty Group Trust (NYSE: KRG)
mREIT
- Gold: AGNC Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: AGNC)
