Agree Realty Corp. (NYSE: ADC) named David Wolff as its chief accounting officer. Most recently, Wolff served as vice president, financial reporting and chief accounting officer of Taubman Centers, Inc. (NYSE:TCO).

City Office REIT, Inc. (NYSE: CIO) appointed Sabah Mirza to its board. She is currently executive vice president, business affairs at Sunwing Travel Group.

Rebecca Sandring was named an EVP at CorEnergy Infrastructure Trust, Inc. (NYSE: CORR), with oversight of leasing structures, operational finance, and portfolio management, while retaining her positions of treasurer, secretary, and interim chief accounting officer. Previously, Sandring was an SVP of CorEnergy. Jeff Fulmer was also named an EVP, providing leadership to business development, operations, and portfolio management. Previously, he was an SVP.

New Residential Investment Corp. (NYSE: NRZ) elected Pamela Lenehan as an independnet member of its board. Lenehan is currently president of Ridge Hill Consulting, a strategy and financial consulting firm.

Piedmont Office Realty Trust (NYSE: PDM) announced that Donald Miller, who has served as CEO since 2007, will retire effective June 30. The company named C. Brent Smith, the current president and chief investment officer, as his successor. Smith joined Piedmont in 2012.

Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT) said Wendy Seher, who has been with the REIT for nearly two decades, has been appointed EVP, Eastern region president. Jan Sweetnam, who joined the REIT in 1997, has been promoted to EVP, Western region COO overseeing the asset management, operating, and development activities for the West Coast portfolio.

iStar Inc. (NYSE: STAR) appointed Douglas Heitner as chief legal officer and announced the retirement of vice chairman and chief legal officer, Nina Matis. Matis will remain on the executive team as vice chairman until July to oversee a smooth transition. Prior to joining iStar, Heitner was a partner in Kasowitz Benson Torres’ real estate transactions group.

Phillips Edison & Company, Inc. said it will appoint current CFO Devin Murphy to the role of president, effective Aug. 15. In conjunction with Murphy becoming president, John Caulfield, currently senior vice president—finance, will assume the role of CFO and treasurer, effective the same date.

Washington REIT (NYSE: WRE) EVP and COO Thomas Bakke retired on March 8. Bakke joined the company in 2014.

Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD) said Gene Reilly, formerly CEO of the Americas, will assume the role of chief investment officer. In addition, Gary Anderson, formerly CEO of Europe and Asia, will assume the role of chief operating officer, and Mike Curless, formerly chief investment officer, will assume the role of chief customer officer. Tom Olinger, CFO, will continue in that role and will assume responsibility for forecasted real estate operating results and metrics globally.

Realty Income Corp. (NYSE: O) said Michael Pfeiffer’s duties were expanded to include chief administrative officer. He will retain his current roles as executive vice president, general counsel, and secretary. Pfeiffer joined Realty Income in 1990 and became general counsel in 1994.

Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO) appointed Michael Franco as the company’s president. Franco has been with Vornado since 2011, most recently serving as executive vice president—chief investment officer.

Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) President and CEO Jerry Sweeney was recognized for his contributions to the economy of the city of Philadelphia. Sweeney was named the recipient of the Edward Powell Award, given by Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter, the Board of Directors of City Trusts and the Edward Powell Selection Committee. The award is given every four years.

Michael Hyun was named chief investment officer of Brixmor Property Group Inc. (NYSE: BRX). Hyun most recently served as an executive director at Morgan Stanley in its real estate investing group.

Brixmor also announced that Mark Salma joined the company as vice president of redevelopment. Salma will focus on Brixmor’s anchor space repositioning projects in the North region, with the goal of driving higher sales, traffic and small shop leasing at the property level.

Condor Hospitality Trust Inc. (NASDAQ: CDOR) appointed Jonathan Gantt as senior vice president and CFO. Gantt previously held the position of director of treasury, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc.

CyrusOne Inc. (NASDAQ: CONE) said its CFO Kimberly Sheehy will be succeeded by Gregory Andrews, who most recently served as the CFO of Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE: RPT).

Duke Realty Corp. (NYSE: DRE) named James Connor as president and CEO, replacing Dennis Oklak, who stepped down as CEO at the end of 2015. Connor previously served as senior executive vice president and COO after joining the company in 1998. Oklak had served as CEO since 2004. He will remain with the company as executive chairman of the board.

First Potomac Realty Trust (NYSE: FPO) announced that Robert Milkovich, COO, has been appointed to the additional role of CEO and added to the Board of Trustees. This follows Douglas Donatelli’s decision to resign as CEO and as a trustee and Nicholas Smith’s resignation as chief investment officer. 

Getty Realty Corp. (NYSE: GTY) selected Christopher Constant to replace David Driscoll as president and CEO. Driscoll retired at the end of 2015. Constant formerly served as vice president, CFO and treasurer.

Hudson Pacific Properties Inc. (NYSE: HPP) said CFO Mark Lammas will take on the additional role of COO. He has served as CFO and treasurer since the company’s 2010 initial public offering.

National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE: NHI) said Eric Mendelsohn was named president and CEO. Mendelsohn has served as the company’s interim CEO since the beginning of August 2015. He joined NHI in January 2015 as executive vice president of corporate finance. 

New Residential Investment Corp. (NYSE: NRZ) appointed Nicola Santoro, Jr. as CFO and treasurer. Prior to joining the company, Santoro was employed by FXCM, Inc. as its chief accounting officer.

Regency Centers Corp. (NYSE: REG) announced that Lisa Palmer will serve as president, directing acquisitions and dispositions, in addition to her responsibilities as CFO. Jim Thompson, currently a managing director, will become executive vice president of operations. Dan “Mac” Chandler III, also a managing director, will become executive vice president of development. These appointments are part of Regency’s succession and strategic plans and follow the decision of Brian Smith, president and COO, to retire after a 20-year career at the company.

Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) promoted Larry Weinstein to executive vice president of leasing for Simon Premium Outlets following the retirement of Weinstein’s predecessor, Richard Lewis. Weinstein has been with Simon for 14 years and was most recently a senior vice president of leasing.

Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) promoted Gregory Liebbe to senior vice president, chief accounting officer and controller. Liebbe has worked in Ventas’s accounting functions since joining the company in 2007.

Michael Bartolotta has been named executive vice president, CFO and treasurer of VEREIT, Inc. (NYSE: VER). Bartolotta most recently served as executive vice president and CFO for global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield.
