Alexandria Real Estate Equities Celebrates 20 Years on NYSE

On May 22, life science REIT Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc. (NYSE: ARE) marked the 20th anniversary of its listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) by ringing the NYSE’s opening bell.

Members of the company’s board of directors and executive management team joined Joel Marcus, Alexandria’s chairman, CEO and founder, for the occasion.

Alexandria, which is based in Pasadena, California, became part of the S&P 500 index in March.
