REITs in the Community: Rep. Scanlon Visits Simon Property Group

May 5, 2023 – Rep. Mary Gay Scanlon (D-PA) visited the King of Prussia Mall, which is owned and operated by Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG). The Congresswoman, a member of the House Rules Committee and House Judiciary Committee, was briefed by the mall’s management team about the center’s economic impact on the surrounding area and status as the largest mall owned and operated by a REIT.
