REITs in the Community: Russell Visits Simon

Nov. 1, 2018 - Rep. Steve Russell (R-OK) visited the Penn Square Mall in Oklahoma City, OK. The mall is owned and operated by Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG). The Congressman, a second term member of the House Armed Services Committee and House Republican Steering Committee, received an update on Penn Square's history in Oklahoma City and recent developments, as well as Simon's presence across the country. Rep. Russell was also briefed on the current state of the REIT and publicly traded real estate industry.
