REITs in the Community: Stefanik Visits Macerich

April 20, 2018 - Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) visited the Wilton Mall in Saratoga Springs, NY, which is owned and operated by Macerich (NYSE: MAC). The Congresswoman, who is a member of the House Armed Services Committee and House Select Committee on Intelligence, received an update on the mall's recent activities, and Macerich's investments across the country. Rep. Stefanik was also briefed on several issues currently pending before Congress, including the Remote Transactions Parity Act.
