Mar. 13 – Rep. Wiley Nickel (D-NC) visited Highwoods Properties’ (NYSE: HIW) headquarters in downtown Raleigh. The Congressman, a new member of the House Financial Services Committee, was briefed by Highwoods CEO Ted Klinck on the company’s history in Raleigh and the current state of the office market.
