Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE: NLY) announced it has appointed Kevin Keyes as CEO, replacing co-founder Wellington Denahan. Keyes will retain the title of president, while Denahan will remain as chairman of the board of directors and will also serve as executive chairman focusing on strategic and capital allocation decisions.

Agree Realty Corp. (NYSE: ADC) said Brian Dickman has resigned as CFO and secretary to pursue another business opportunity. Former CFO Kenneth Howe, will serve as interim CFO. Howe is currently Agree’s director of tax.

EdR (NYSE: EDR) named J. Drew Koester as senior vice president of capital markets and investor relations. EdR appointed Lindsey Mackie to Koester’s previous position of senior vice president and chief accounting officer. Mackie previously served as senior manager of financial services at EdR.

Joseph Margolis was named chief investment officer of Extra Space Storage Inc. (NYSE: EXR). He replaces Charles Allen, who will continue as an executive vice president focusing on strategy and execution of complex transactions, including acquisitions involving operating partnership units. Margolis has been a board member at Extra Space since 2005.

Getty Realty Corp. (NYSE: GTY) said Mark Olear was promoted to COO. He joined the company in 2014 as executive vice president and chief investment officer.

Nathaniel Rose was appointed executive vice president and COO of Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. (NYSE: HASI). Previously, Rose served as senior vice president and chief investment officer. Additionally, Daniel McMahon was appointed as an executive vice president. Previously, McMahon served as senior vice president.

HCP, Inc. (NYSE:HCP) reported that Paul Gallagher resigned as executive vice president and chief investment officer. To promote a smooth transition, Gallagher will provide consulting services until March 15, 2016.

Iron Mountain, Inc. (NYSE: IRM) appointed Ellen Hall as global head of real estate investment. Hall joined Iron Mountain from Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD), where she held various executive leadership roles.

W. P. Carey Inc. (NYSE: WPC) named Jason Fox as president, in addition to his role as global head of investments. In addition, Hisham Kader was appointed CFO and managing director, while Katy Rice was promoted to senior managing director in a newly created internal advisory role. 

Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. (NASDAQ: WHLR) appointed Matthew Reddy to the newly created position of chief accounting officer. Previously, Reddy was assistant vice president of online products at Liberty Tax Service.
