Russ Simon was promoted to SVP, co-head of U.S. investments and named to the investment committee. He joined Welltower 12 years ago. Andrew Cohen was named as co-head of U.S. investments. Cohen joined Welltower five years ago. Sharon Makowsky, who joined the company in 2018, was promoted to deputy general counsel.
