Alexander & Baldwin, Inc. (NYSE: ALEX) said Shelee Kimura has been appointed to serve on its board of directors. Kimura joins the board after the departure of Michele Saito, who was a director since 2012. Kimura is president and CEO of Hawaiian Electric Company, Inc.

J.P. Suarez, retired executive vice president, regional CEO and chief administration officer at Walmart International, has been appointed to the board of directors at Brixmor Property Group Inc. (NYSE: BRX).

Centerspace (NYSE: CSR) announced that Josh Klaetsch has joined the company as director of investor relations. Klaetsch most recently served as vice president and portfolio manager for Securian Asset Management.

Crown Castle Inc. (NYSE: CCI) named Kevin Kabat and Maria Pope to its board of directors. Kabat’s appointment will be effective Aug. 1, and Pope’s appointment will be effective Sept. 1. Kabat is the former CEO and vice chairman of Fifth Third Bancorp and current chairman of the board of directors of Unum Group, NiSource Inc., and AlTi Global Inc. Pope currently serves as president and CEO of Portland General Electric Company.

Empire State Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: ESRT) said Christina Van Tassell and Hannah Yang have joined its board of directors.  Van Tassell has served as EVP & CFO of John Wiley & Sons, Inc., since 2021. Yang is currently the chief growth and customer officer of The New York Times Co.

Medalist Diversified REIT, Inc. (Nasdaq: MDRR) completed its process to internalize management, along with changes to the company’s leadership. Thomas (Tim) Messier and William Elliott have left their respective roles with the company, Messier, as the former chairman and CEO, and Elliott, as the former vice chairman, president, and COO. In the interim, Timothy O’Brien will step in as chairman of the board, Francis Kavanaugh will step in as interim CEO, and Brent Winn will continue in his role as CFO.

FIBRA Prologis (BMV: FIBRAPL14) announced that Luis Gutierrez, CEO of Prologis Property Mexico, is moving to a new role as senior advisor on Jan. 1, 2024. These changes are part of the ongoing succession planning process of FIBRA Prologis' sponsor, Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD). Héctor Ibarzábal, managing director and COO of Prologis Property Mexico, will become CEO of Prologis Property Mexico. Gutierrez will remain chair of the technical committee for FIBRA Prologis.

LTC Properties Inc. (NYSE: LTC) announced that David Gruber has been elected to its board of directors. Gruber previously served as managing director, head of equity capital markets for KeyBanc Capital Markets for more than 20 years.

Plymouth Industrial REIT, Inc. (NYSE: PLYM) said Pendleton White, Jr., its co-founder, has transitioned from his executive role as president and chief investment officer. White will remain on the board of directors and advise Plymouth on its overall corporate strategy and acquisition activities.

Public Storage (NYSE: PSA) said David Lee, the company’s COO, resigned for personal reasons, effective Aug. 1.

Bridget Ryan-Berman, who has been a member of Tanger® Outlets’ (NYSE: SKT) board since Jan. 1, 2009, has been appointed lead independent director, a position previously held by David Henry. This is consistent with the company's long-standing policy to rotate independent directors as the chair of the various committees and the lead director.
