Michael Torres was named to the CBL Properties (NYSE: CBL) board of directors and will serve as a member of the company’s audit committee. Torres serves as CEO and portfolio manager of Adelante Capital Management, LLC, a minority-owned investment management firm focused on publicly traded real estate securities.

Digital Realty (NYSE: DLR) named Colin McLean as chief revenue officer, replacing Corey Dyer. McLean joined Digital Realty's sales organization in 2017 and most recently led sales in the Americas region.

Elme Communities (NYSE: ELME), announced the appointment of Tiffany Butcher as executive vice president and COO, beginning July 10. Butcher is coming to Elme after a 16-year tenure at JBG SMITH (NYSE: JBGS), where she held various leadership roles and was named chief residential officer in January.

Invitation Homes Inc. (NYSE: INVH) said that Scott Eisen will join the company as executive vice president and CIO in August. Eisen is concluding his current role as head of North American real estate investment banking for Citigroup.

Phillips Edison & Co., Inc. (Nasdaq: PECO) said its board appointed Parilee Edison Wang to serve as a director. Since February 2023, Wang has served as the chief product officer of Alloy, a global identity risk decisioning platform that helps banks and fintech companies automate their decisions for onboarding, ongoing monitoring, and credit underwriting.

Realty Income Corp. (NYSE: O), announce the transition of its CFO and Treasurer roles from Christie Kelly to Jonathan Pong, currently the company's head of corporate finance, effective Jan. 1, 2024. The decision to appoint Pong as the new CFO comes as Kelly has decided to retire at the end of the year and follows a planned succession process. Prior to joining Realty Income in 2014, Pong was a vice president in equity research at Robert W. Baird covering the REIT sector.

RLJ Lodging Trust (NYSE: RLJ) appointed Chad Perry as executive vice president and general counsel. Prior to his appointment, Perry served as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Tanger Factory Outlet Centers, Inc. (NYSE: SKT).

Patrick Moore, a former board member at Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc. (NYSE: RHP), has been appointed CEO of its Opry Entertainment Group division. Ryman noted that Moore brings decades of experience leading brands through periods of transformative growth, including his most recent position as executive vice president, North America retail for Carter’s, Inc.

Service Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SVC) elected Rajan Penkar to its board as an independent trustee. Penkar has served as president and founder of Supply Chain Advisory Services, LLC, which provides e-commerce and omnichannel supply chain design and optimization services to retailers, since 2014.
