Chiron Real Estate Inc. (NYSE: XRN) announced the appointment of Charles Fitzgerald to the company’s board of directors. Fitzgerald is the founder and managing partner of Maewyn Capital Partners LLC, and has nearly 30 years of experience investing across public and private real estate markets.

Crown Castle Inc. (NYSE: CCI) said Kris Hinson has been named executive vice president and chief commercial officer, and Mark Lennon has been named senior vice president and chief information officer. Hinson served as Crown Castle’s vice president – corporate finance and treasurer since 2023. Lennon was recently CIO and digital officer at startup Netpower.

Extra Space Storage Inc. (NYSE: EXR) said Crystal Call Maggelet and RJ Pittman were elected to the board of directors. Maggelet serves as the CEO and chairperson of FJ Management Inc., a diversified family business. Pittman served as the CEO and chairman of the board of Matterport, a spatial data company and technology platform in real estate, from 2018 to 2025.

Fibra Inn (BMV: FINN13) appointed Héctor Vázquez Montoya as its new CFO, bringing more than 12 years of experience in corporate finance, capital markets, and financial analysis, with a specialization in the hospitality sector.

Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI) announced that Matthew Gourmand, president of Omega, will become CEO in conjunction with the planned retirement of Taylor Pickett effective Oct. 1. Omega also announced the planned retirement of Bob Stephenson as the CFO effective Aug. 1, with Neal Ballew, currently Omega’s chief accounting officer succeeding Stephenson in that role.

Phillips Edison & Co., Inc. (Nasdaq: PECO) named Dan Sutherland as vice president of acquisitions for the West region. “With more than 20 years of experience and a track record of closing billions in retail real estate transactions, Dan brings deep relationships and strategic expertise that will support our continued growth in high-quality, grocery-anchored shopping centers,” the REIT said.
