Nareit Announces 2026 Officers and Board Members

WASHINGTON, D.C. (Nov. 3, 2025) – Nareit announced the election of its 2026 officers, the members of its executive board, and its advisory board of governors.

Nareit’s new chair is Sumit Roy, president and CEO of Realty Income Corporation. Roy takes over today from Nareit’s 2025 chair, Conor C. Flynn, CEO of Kimco Realty Corporation.
