WASHINGTON, D.C. (June 4, 2024) – Nareit revealed the winners of the 2024 Investor CARE Awards during its REITweek Investor Conference held from June 3-6, 2024. These annual awards honor Nareit corporate members that excel in communicating with investors by providing comprehensive, clear, and practical information. Both equity REITs and mortgage REITs (mREITs) are assessed based on their online presence, SEC filings, and investor relations practices by a panel of judges, including buy-side and sell-side analysts and portfolio managers.

This year’s award winners by category are:

Large Cap

  • Gold: Regency Centers Corporation (Nasdaq: REG)
  • Silver: Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM)
  • Bronze: BXP (NYSE: BXP)

Small Cap

  • Gold: Tanger Inc. (NYSE: SKT)
  • Silver: SITE Centers Corporation (NYSE: SITC)
  • Bronze: Phillips Edison & Company (Nasdaq: PECO)                 


  • Gold: Starwood Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: STWD)              

"The 16th Annual Investor CARE Awards acknowledge Nareit members who set the standard for financial transparency and accessibility, core principles of the REIT industry," said Nareit President and CEO, Steven A.
