The Association for Real Estate Securitization (ARES), in conjunction with the Real Estate Equity Securitization Alliance (REESA), will host the Global Real Estate Investment Forum 2019 in Tokyo on March 8. This free event will include institutional investors, ARES members and members of related organizations, government authorities, and others.
Nareit CEO Steve Wechsler will present a session with Toshiro Nishioka, a senior expert advisor from the Japan Real Estate Institute, on New Horizons for REITs. Other program topics include global real estate market trends and investment strategies, ESG and pension fund investing, a global economic outlook, and Japanese businesses strategies. English and Japanese simultaneous interpretation services will be provided for each session.
