Nareit’s REITwise: 2019 Law, Accounting & Finance Conference was held in San Antonio on March 26-28. More than 1,300 real estate investment legal, financial, tax, and accounting professionals were in attendance, a near record-high for the event.

REITwise 2019 provided a broad yet focused educational program for the diverse group of attendees from within the REIT community. CLE and CPE credits were offered for attendance at concurrent educational sessions, ranging in focus from accounting and financial standards to tax, corporate governance, and general business issues. Attendees also benefited from impactful and interactive speakers at general sessions about the state of the capital markets, diversity of thought, alternative ways to raise capital, and an entertaining discourse of two prominent thought leaders from both sides of the political spectrum.
