Nareit is pleased to welcome Intapp as an inaugural participant in its 2026 PropTech and Innovation Partnership, a new pilot initiative designed to connect REITs and real estate industry professionals with technology companies and thought leaders shaping the future of commercial real estate.
Intapp provides AI-powered software and solutions for professional and financial services firms, including real estate and real assets firms. The company joins Fifth Dimension in becoming among the first participants in the new Nareit program.
“We’re excited that Intapp is joining the PropTech and Innovation Partnership,” said John Jones, senior vice president of government relations at Nareit. “As technology and AI become increasingly integrated into how real estate companies operate and make decisions, it’s important that Nareit continues creating opportunities for our members to hear directly from companies leading that change.”
Intapp’s participation builds on its recent engagement with Nareit. In June, Frank Spadafora, industry principal, real estate at Intapp, joined Jones and real estate industry leaders for an “AI Adoption in Real Estate” panel at the U.S. PropTech Council’s AI & Real Estate Summit in New York. The discussion explored how AI is moving beyond experimentation and becoming embedded in real estate operations, investment strategies, and enterprise decision-making.
Through the PropTech and Innovation Partnership, Intapp will participate in Nareit content and engagement opportunities aimed at sharing expertise with the REIT community and advancing conversations around technology and innovation in commercial real estate. The 2026 pilot program includes thought leadership, video content, targeted visibility, and opportunities for industry dialogue, while helping Nareit develop a broader program for 2027.
