Life Storage, Inc . (NYSE: LSI) and National Storage Affiliates Trust (NYSE: NSA) were honored earlier this month with Newsweek’s 2020 America’s Best Customer Service Award. The award is based on a survey conducted on retailers and service providers from 160 categories, including storage centers.

National Storage Affiliates was recognized as the number one customer service provider in the storage centers category and placed in the Top 10 amongst all companies for customer service overall.

The winners were selected based on the evaluations of more than 20,000 U.S. customers who have either made a purchase, used a service, or gathered information about a product or service in the last three years.
