Maryland Legislators Tour Federal Realty’s Pike & Rose Development

Members of the Montgomery County delegation, including House Majority Leader David Moon, met with Federal Realty Investment Trust (NYSE: FRT) on Oct. 8 to tour the company’s Pike & Rose asset in North Bethesda, Maryland. During the visit, the legislators learned about FRT’s investments in Montgomery County and across the country. The FRT team also discussed the company’s long history as a REIT in the state of Maryland.
