Nareit Announces Organizational Changes

Nareit has announced the following organizational changes, effective Jan. 1, 2020 :

Cathy Barre, Executive Vice President & General Counsel, has assumed full administrative and operational responsibilities for the Policy & Politics team.
Tony Edwards, Senior Executive Vice President, will work with Steve Wechsler on a range of organization-wide issues of high importance.
Matt Bechard has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Communications.
Fulya Kocak has been promoted to Senior Vice President, ESG Issues.
Abby McCarthy has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Investment Affairs.
Margaret Solaqua has been promoted to Senior Director, Office Support.
