Nareit is pleased to welcome four Real Estate Sustainability Partners for 2026: BREEAM, First Street, Measurabl, and Yardi. Three of these organizations—Measurabl, Yardi, and First Street—served as inaugural partners when the program launched in 2025. BREEAM joins the program for the first time this year, expanding the range of expertise available to REIT members.
Nareit’s Sustainability Partnership is designed to connect sustainability-focused solution providers with the REIT community through practical education and year-round visibility. Each partner participates in a featured thought leadership opportunity, either through a REIT Report podcast episode or a Nareit video interview. BREEAM’s podcast episode was published in early February, offering timely insights and real-world perspective for REIT practitioners.
All four partners will also be Bronze sponsors at REITwise 2026, where they will have staff onsite and available to meet with attendees, share capabilities, and continue industry conversations in person.
