On July 18, Maryland Senator Guy Guzzone (Howard County), Chair of the Budget and Taxation Committee, and Maryland Delegate Vanessa Atterbeary (Howard County), Chair of the Ways and Means Committee, met with Nareit President & CEO Steve Wechsler and Corporate Office Properties Trust President & CEO, Stephen Budorick at COPT’s headquarters in Columbia, MD. The group discussed the REIT industry’s contributions to Maryland’s economy and communities.
