Nareit Research and Investor Outreach Welcomes Team Member

The Nareit Research and Investor Outreach team has welcomed a new staff member. David Sullivan is senior vice president, investment affairs, and will direct Nareit’s investor outreach to pension plans, endowments, and foundations.

Sullivan comes to Nareit with more than 15 years of experience in capital raising, marketing, and product management with several firms in the real estate industry, including CBRE Investment Management, Barings, Schroders, and Bank of America.

Sullivan received an MBA from Columbia University, an MA in International Relations from Cambridge University in England and attended Boston University for his undergraduate studies.
