NAREIT is pleased to welcome its newest Corporate Member, Industrial Property Trust.

Industrial Property Trust is a public non-listed Equity REIT that focuses on acquiring and operating distribution warehouses. Based in Denver, Industrial Property Trust is the sister PNLR to NAREIT Corporate Member Dividend Capital Diversified Property Fund, Inc. Dwight Merriman is the CEO of Industrial Property Trust.
