Nareit is pleased to welcome a new corporate member.

Claros Mortgage Trust, Inc. (CMTG) is a private mREIT domiciled in Maryland and externally managed by Claros REIT Management, LP, a commonly controlled affiliate of Mack Real Estate Credit Strategies, L.P. CMTG operates in the commercial real estate financing subsegment and aims to create a diversified portfolio of income-producing loans collateralized by institutional quality commercial real estate. The REIT, led by Richard Mack, Peter Sotoloff, and Michael McGillis, was founded in 2015.
