NAREIT Welcomes New Members

NAREIT is pleased to welcome two new Corporate Members.

American Hotel Income Properties REIT, Inc. (a private, externally-advised equity REIT that invests in hotel properties located primarily in secondary and tertiary markets in the U.S. close to railroads, airports, highway interchanges and other transportation-oriented areas.

Based in Baltimore, the president and CEO is Rob O’Neill.

Self Storage Group Inc. Self-Storage Group, Inc. (Ticker: SELF) owns, operates, manages, acquires and develops self-storage facilities in the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest.

The company is based in New York. Mark Winmill is chairman, CEO and president.
