The REIT was formed through a merger between The JBG Companies, a private development company, and Vornado Realty Trust’s (NYSE: VNO) spun-off Washington portfolio.
JBG SMITH is based in Chevy Chase, Maryland. W. Matthew Kelly is CEO, and Vornado CEO Steve Roth is chairman.
Kennedy Wilson (NYSE: KW) owns, operates and invests primarily in multifamily and commercial properties located in the Western United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, Italy and Japan. Based in Beverly Hills, California, William McMorrow is chairman and CEO and Justin Enbody is CFO.
ShopOne Centers REIT, Inc. is a private, internally-advised REIT that acquires, operates and manages market-dominant, grocery-anchored and necessity-based shopping centers across the U.S. Based in New York, retail real estate veteran Michael Carroll is ShopOne’s president and CEO.
Steadfast Apartment REIT III, Inc. is an externally advised public non-listed REIT that acquires and operates a diverse portfolio of multifamily and senior living apartment communities throughout the U.S. Based in Irvine, California, Ella Neyland is president, and Rodney Emery is chairman and CEO.
The Parking REIT, Inc. is an externally advised public non-listed REIT that was recently formed through the merger of MVP REIT, Inc. and a wholly-owned subsidiary of MVP REIT II, after which it changed its name. The Parking REIT, based in Las Vegas, invests in parking lots and garages throughout the U.S. and leases them to third-party operators. Michael Shustek is chairman and CEO, and Dan Huberty is president.
VICI Properties, Inc. (OTC: VICI) owns and develops gaming, hospitality and entertainment destinations throughout the U.S. Based in Las Vegas, VICI Properties was spun off from Caesars Entertainment Corp. James Abrahamson is the company’s chairman, Edward Pitoniak is CEO and John Payne is president and COO.
