NAREIT Welcomes Newest Corporate Members

NAREIT is pleased to welcome its newest corporate members: National Storage Affiliates (NYSE: NSA) and Burroughs & Chapin Company, Inc.

National Storage Affiliates is a stock exchange-listed Equity REIT that focuses on ownership, operation and acquisition of self-storage facilities. The company is based in Greenwood Village, Colo. Arlen Nordhagen is president and CEO of NSA.

Burroughs & Chapin Company, Inc. is a private REIT that focuses on retail real estate assets in North Carolina and South Carolina. Based in Myrtle Beach, S.C., James W. Apple, Jr. is CEO and president.
