Nareit received two 2020 EXCEL Awards on July 14 from Association Media & Publishing, a membership organization for the association publishing industry. The awards were for magazine design excellence and video excellence.
Nareit’s ongoing Shaping Communities series won a silver award for a video about iStar’s (NYSE: STAR) multi-year revitalization of 35 acres of waterfront in Asbury Park, New Jersey. REIT magazine also won a bronze award in the 20,001 to 50,000 subscriber category for overall design excellence in 2019.
The EXCEL Awards are presented annually for association publishing excellence across the United States and include editorial, design, and digital publishing categories. Nareit has taken home EXCEL Awards for five consecutive years.
