As a member of the USPC Board, Jones will contribute a perspective grounded in REITs and publicly traded real estate, where innovation and capital are reshaping ownership, financing, and operations. REIT portfolios span 14 real estate sectors and represent more than $4.5 trillion in gross real estate, with public REITs owning approximately $2.5 trillion in assets.
Jones serves as SVP, government relations at Nareit and is widely recognized as a PropTech thought leader, writing on innovation’s role in reshaping real estate and the REIT industry, conducting research on how emerging technologies are shaping the workforce, and serving as a national voice on the future of real estate.
