Ayris Scales, SVP, social responsibility & global initiatives at Nareit, recently participated in the opening roundtable discussion at the 6th Annual Black Real Estate Roundtable (BRER) in San Francisco. The discussion focused on market reset dynamics, public versus private real estate market trends, liquidity, sector performance, and capital positioning in the current environment.
