Augsut 28, 2015 – Sen. John Boozman (R-AR), center, visited the Park Plaza mall in Little Rock, AR and was briefed on the mall’s recent developments. The mall, owned and operated by CBL & Associates, is a major economic engine for the downtown community of Little Rock. During his visit, Sen. Boozman, a member of the Senate Appropriations Committee, discussed the current REIT industry issues pending before Congress, including FIRPTA reform and passage of the Remote Parity Transactions Act to address the e-fairness issue.
