September 23, 2015 -- Rep. Blaine Luetkemeyer (R-MO), left, visited Simon Property Group's (NYSE: SPG) Osage Beach Premium Outlets located in Osage Beach, Missouri, and toured the property with General Manager Jason Green. Located near Missouri's largest lake, the Lake of the Ozarks, the Center offers shoppers 110 outlets stores and is currently undergoing a major development project to replace the original roofs on each of the center's buildings. Leutkemeyer, chairman of the House Financial Services Subcommittee on Housing and Insurance, was briefed on the Center's economic contribution to the local community and Simon's overall presence in Missouri and across the country. In addition, the Remote Transaction Parity Act currently being considered by Congress to address the e-commerce issue was discussed.
