REITs in the Community: Rep. Allen Visits Kimco Realty

Aug. 27, 2019 - Rep. Rick Allen (R-GA) visited the Augusta Exchange in Augusta, GA which is owned and managed by Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM). During the visit, the Congressman was updated by Kimco executives on the center's status as one of the company's largest assets in Georgia and current retail trends. Rep. Allen, a member of the House Agriculture Committee and House Education & Labor Committee, was also briefed on several issues being considered in the 116th Congress.
