REITs in the Community: Rep. Kustoff Visits MAA

April 25, 2019 - Rep. David Kustoff (R-TN) visited the corporate headquarters of MAA (NYSE: MAA) in Memphis, TN and met with CEO Eric Bolton and EVP & General Counsel Robert DelPriore. Rep. Kustoff, a member of the House Financial Services Committee, was updated on MAA's recent activities across the country and the status of the nation's multi-family industry. The Congressman was also briefed on several items of concern to REITs currently before his committee, including reauthorization of the Terrorism Risk Insurance Program and mREIT membership in the Federal Home Loan Bank system.
