REITs in the Community: Rep. Smucker Visits Tanger Outlets

Nov. 25, 2019 - Rep. Lloyd Smucker (R-PA) visited the Tanger Outlets Lancaster which is owned and operated by Tanger Factory Outlet Centers (NYSE: SKT). During the visit, the Congressman received an update on the center's recent developments and its importance to the local economy. Rep. Smucker, a member of the House Transportation & Infrastructure Committee and House Education & Labor Committee, was also briefed on issues impacting the REIT and publicly traded real estate industry in the 116th Congress.
