Sept. 24, 2025 – Rep. Rudy Yakym (R-IN) visited Kite Realty Group's (NYSE: KRG) Eddy Street Commons at Notre Dame development in South Bend. Rep. Yakym, a member of the House Ways & Means Committee, was briefed by Bryan McCarthy, Kite's SVP of Corporate Marketing & Communications as well as Tim Sexton, University of Notre Dame's AVP for Public Affairs about the shared vision the company and university had for this mixed-use development and the positive impact it's had on the community so far.
