Aug 2nd. - Rep. Young Kim (R-CA), a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee and the House Small Business Committee, met with Essex Property Trust (NYSE: ESS) CEO Michael Schall in Fullerton, CA. The Congresswoman toured Essex’s Pinnacle at Fullerton property and was briefed on Essex’s assets in southern California and the current state of the housing market.
