REITs in the Community: Scott visits Tanger

June 2 - Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC), a member of the Senate Finance Committee, visited Tanger Outlet's (NYSE: SKT) mall located in Charleston, SC. While touring the property with Carrie Egerton, tenant services manager (left), Penny Benton, general manager (second from right), and Kelly Hedman, tenant services manager (right), the Senator was briefed on the mall's impact on the local economy. In addition, Sen. Scott was briefed on several important industry issues pending before Congress, including tax reform.
