REITs in the Community: Sen. Todd Young Visits Indiana REITs

April 4 - Sen. Todd Young (R-IN), a senior member of the Senate Finance Committee, visited with representatives of three Indiana based REITs at the headquarters of Simon Property Group in Indianapolis.

Sen. Young was briefed on the current state of the REIT industry by Simon Property Group (NYSE: SPG) General Counsel Steve Fivel, Duke Realty Corp. (NYSE: DRE) CEO and 2022 Nareit 1st Vice Chair Jim Connor, and Kite Realty Group (NYSE: KRG) CEO John Kite.
