Aug. 17 – Rep. Lisa Blunt Rochester (D-DE) visited the Tanger Outlets Rehoboth Beach. The Congresswoman, a member of the powerful House Energy & Commerce Committee, learned about Tanger Outlets (NYSE: SKT) status as a REIT and how retail real estate has responded to the pandemic and supply chain issues. She also visited with retailers who shared their stories on current market trends.
