Hannon Armstrong Sustainable Infrastructure Capital, Inc. (NYSE: HASI) announced that Jeffrey Eckel, president and CEO, has been named a member of the U.S. Department of Energy’s Secretary of Energy Advisory Board (SEAB) Task Force on Federal Energy Management.
HCP, Inc. (NYSE: HCP) announced that J. Justin Hutchens will become executive vice president and chief investment officer for senior housing and care. Hutchens joins HCP from National Health Investors, Inc. (NYSE: NHI), where he served as president and CEO since 2011.
Kilroy Realty Corp. (NYSE: KRC) announced the resignation of executive vice president and chief investment officer Eli Khouri. He served in the position since January 2011, and is leaving to pursue other opportunities.
Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corp. (NYSE: MNR) promoted Susan Jordan to vice president of investor relations and Richard Molke to vice president of asset management.

PS Business Parks, Inc. (NYSE: PSB) announced that Maria Hawthorne has been promoted to president. She previously held the positions of executive vice president and chief administrative officer.
Taubman Centers, Inc. (NYSE: TCO) reported that Lisa Payne will transition the company’s CFO role to Simon Leopold, effective Jan.1, 2016. Payne will retain her role as vice chairman of the board until leaving the company in March 2016. Leopold joined Taubman in 2012 and has been responsible for capital markets and financing activities, corporate tax and treasury, and real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
Ventas, Inc. (NYSE: VTR) chairman and CEO Debra Cafaro was named by Modern Healthcare Magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in health care. She was also recognized by the magazine as one of the top 25 women in health care.
In other news, Ventas promoted Christian Cummings to senior vice president of asset management focusing on Ventas’ seniors housing operating portfolio and enterprise wide dispositions. Ventas also promoted Nicholas Jacoby to senior vice president of asset management and named James Mendelson executive vice president of asset management for its Lillibridge Healthcare Services, Inc. subsidiary.
WP Glimcher Inc. (NYSE: WPG) tapped Robert Demchak to serve as executive vice president, assistant general counsel and assistant secretary. Gregory Gorospe was named executive vice president and will take over Demchak’s role as general counsel and secretary.
